Eyebright (Organic Euphrasia Officinalis)

Eyebright reduces inflammation around the eyes, and the mucous membrane of the eyes and nasal area making it useful in eye injuries or ulcerations.  It is also useful in allergic conjunctivitis. Eyebright is traditionally used internally and as an eyewash.

Dosage: 15-20 grams daily or steep 30 grams of the dried herb with boiling water and allow to cool. Use the infusion on a clean/dry cloth over the eye and effected area.
